"Just another day on the Costa" is our motto, as there is so much to see and do in this lovely part of Spain where we have on average 320 sunny days a year. Our apartments are home from home, all you need to bring is your toothbrush! Edificio Cielomar is a lovely apartment complex with a unique swimming pool on the second floor. Bars are close by, as are supermarkets, and it is in close proximity to the popular Bonanza Square where you will find a choice of International Restaurants. The beautiful Marina is a 10 minute walk away, where you can admire the wonderful boats and people watch or even take a journey yourself. Also close by is the growing village of Arroyo de la Miel, this is a typical spanish village, and the Cable Car ride up the mountain. You will also find Tivoli World amusement park where there is an array of rides for children of all ages. There is something for everyone, and your holiday apartment will be an excellent base. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and get repeat bookings year after year. We give clients our personal touch. We have two 2 bedroomed apartments in this apartment block, which have the added benefit of air conditioning/heating in all rooms so it is ideal for families who want to holiday together. One is on the first floor and the other is on the ninth floor. A brochure can be posted to you. Please ask for one when enquiring. We also have licenced apartments in other blocks available which are next door to Edificio Cielomar. They have large smart tvs in. There is also a selection of dvds in the apartments for you to enjoy if you cannot find anything to watch on the tv!!

The apartments each have 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin. The kichen has fan oven, 4 ring halogen hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, sandwich toaster and microwave/grill and fridge/freezer. The living room has a comfortable sofa and chair, tv receiving free to air channels, dvd/cd player and/or video recorder. The balcony has patio furniture. The apartments are air conditioned.

The swimming pool is on the 2nd floor, sunbeds are provided free of charge by the pool. There are sunshades around the pool, for those red hot days when you appreciate to be in the shade. Please note, there are sunbeds and cushions available for your use around the pool at no extra charge. Please do not save the sunbeds and if you are going to be away a while please take your towels with you. Beach/pool towels can be provided on request.

The balcony has a glass table and 4 chairs and a whicker table and 2 chairs or a wrought iron bistro set. There are beautiful views of the med from the balcony. Why not enjoy a glass of sangria and watch the boats sail in and out the marina?

Our first floor apartment has a table and four chairs, and/or relaxer chairs or bistro set. You get views of the med and are overlooking the garden.

We also have other apartments in the building next door, Edificio Europark, these are also 2 bedroom apartments, so we can accommodate larger families/parties who wish to holiday together but have their own space.

We are now taking bookings for 2021/22. 2020 is almost fully booked, with just a few weeks available. We are at hand to our guests and if we are not in resort we have a superb team who are able to answer any queries you may have We have a guest information folder in the apartment with details about the resort, bars, restaurants and attractions. We require a copy of each guests passport please. This is in line with the new regulations, the law came in 2016.

Hi Although you have written this review, you did not stay in any of our apartment’s. Our apartment’s are on the first, second and ninth floor. We are both English as well. We have full fan ovens in our apartment’s and four ring ceramic hobs. One of us walks with crutches so know what you mean about the hills, but, they are manageable or a taxi from the marina is only €5.50. I thought it best to reply to this review as it’s written for a completely different apartment. If you ever want to book, you can as you now have our details. Tripadvisor have only just sent me this review - I realise you wrote it a while ago. The reason the building looked “shabby” was because there had been a Calima and it turned all white buildings orange. We do hope to hear from you. Barry and Claire

Why can't I call Barry and Claire (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Barry and Claire (the owner) a message.

If Barry and Claire (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
