Place about 200 meters of altitude, in the town of Cerreto di Torre just 10 Km from the Centre of Lucca and 16 Km from the sea of Versilia is an ideal place for those who love to spend a holiday in complete tranquillity and relaxation and for those who, after having visited one of the beautiful cities of art in Tuscany or have spent a day at the beach, want to enjoy outdoor dining with a good glass of wine.

Elegant house built in liberty style of the countryside in the early years of the existing 900 stone structure, some of which placed adjacent, on two floors, for a total of sq.m. about 130 and immersa nel verde delle colline lucchesi and a large olive grove.

Comprising on the ground floor with large kitchen with fireplace, living room and dining room. Both the living room and the dining room looking out on a natural terrace meadow with flowers and plants and from which you can enjoy the panorama on the slopes of the Apuan Alps and the Valley that leads to Monte Magno, which after a few miles. You can reach the sea of Versilia on the first floor, connected by a beautiful staircase, there is a large bedroom with two single beds, a large double bedroom and a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with shower. From all the bright rooms of the House you can admire a splendid panorama at 270°.

You can have lunch and/or dinner outdoors under an Arbor on the large natural terrace which gives entry to or adjacent to the House and paved our little garden will be at your disposal to grasp and enjoy seasonal vegetables (tomatoes, lettuce, eggplant, Zucchini, peppers, basil, parsley, Sage, Rosemary).

Available barbecue and the typical oven for bread, pizzas, roasts. In winter you can use the fireplace in the kitchen.

In the evening, in the summer, you will not need air conditioning, but you will enjoy the pleasure of nature of our principal cool bedrooms naturally ventilated.
