The apartment is very very central, a minute walk from the beach and all the best eateries, these are where the locals themselves go and so proof that they have the most fresh and best quality food.

In addition in this area the "tapas" (local food specialities) are free with every drink, even a tiny glass of cold beer will give you a free tapa, a delicious and cheap way of eating out.

Almuñecar is in the Costa Tropical which has a micro climate with average of 325 days a year of sunshine.

The Old Town is lovely with its narrow streets, white houses with flower pots and hidden squares with benches where to seat and relax, there are many beaches that are ideal for relaxing, sunbathing or dining.

Almuñecar is also of great cultural and historical interest, with many local sites to visit like its castle, Roman and phoenician ruins and aqueducts. Also its got a botanical park and a bird park plus a superb night life.

Also many local activities such as PADI diving horse riding, sailing, swimming, walking birdwatching, skiing, and golf. Please (website hidden) Almuñecar for activities.

The public transport is very good the buses are frequent and there is a bus station in Almuñecar with fast coaches to all parts of Spain. Granada is an hour away bu bus or car, and the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevadas a little over an hours drive. Malaga town and airport one hour by bus, or car.

The apartment comprises:

Three bedrooms and a sunny terrace with garden furniture and plants, it also has a living room with a Smart TV, a dining room table that sits 8 persons, a kitchen complete with all you might need and even a crockery coffee set for special occasions.

The bathroom has bath, shower, WC, a bidet shower and a basin, also plenty of drawers and shelves where to place your things.

Aside from these there is a patio with washing machine and washing basin. And an entrance hall.

The bedrooms have all wardrobes and 2 beds, some beds can be also separated to become single beds.

The building has 2 elevators and its entrance hall is very big with marble every where, very cool in a hot day.

very central near old town shops bars and also beach 3 minutes walk away .the only downside was the single beds where uncomfortable when you moved but other than that it was a nice apartment

Nice apartment but no air cond. in the bedroom just in the livingroom. A bit noicy from the traffic. The bed was terribly hard! Like sleeping on concrete! Not so funny in the beginning when the house … More

Danke Ludwig, Wir werden deine Kommentare nehmen und sofort handeln. Der Lärm muss außergewöhnlich laut gewesen sein, denn in 5 Jahren, in denen wir die Wohnung gemietet hatten, hatten wir keine Beschwerde darüber bekommen. Wir haben Doppelverglasung an den Fenstern angebracht und jetzt fügen wir eine Klimaanlage hinzu. Das wird den Lärm reduzieren, wir werden auch mit den Nachbarn über uns reden! Da es in unserer Gesellschaft völlig inakzeptabel ist, vor 8:30 Uhr Lärm zu machen! Sicher nicht Stühle etc. verschieben! Das tut uns sehr leid und wir werden es sehr ernst nehmen. Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben und wir senden Ihnen unsere besten Wünsche, in der Hoffnung, dass Sie sich sonst in der Wohnung wohl fühlen würden. The noise must have been exceptionally loud as in 5 years renting the flat we hadn’t received a complaint about it. We have put double glazing on the windows and now we are adding an air-conditioning machine. This will cut down the noise , also we will talk with the neighbours above us! as it is completely unacceptable in our society to start making any noise before 8:30 am! Certainly not moving chairs etc! We are hugely sorry about that and will take it very seriously. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
