From the owner

Our property is situated in the foothills of the Sierra de Mijas, 30 minute drive from Malaga airport and from the fantastic beaches of the Costa Del Sol. It is a perfect base for exploring the wonderful towns and villages of Andalucia as well as the extensive coastline and countryside. Visit Marbella, Gibraltar, Puertobanus, Benalmadena, Antequera, Granada and the famous Alhambra, Cordoba, Sevilla, Mijas and the many white villages as well as Malaga with its Picasso Museum and native house

In this property, we rent on a BandB basis a spacious room on the first floor. It is the only room in this part of the house so that it offers privacy and intimacy.

It is beautifuly decorated with all the modern comfort : air conditioning for the Summer and central heating for the Winter, free high speed WIFI Internet connection, flat screen smart TV and DVD player.

The double bedroom has a good quality KINGSIZE bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinets, side lights, mirror, and a comfy armchair to relax and read after a day exploring the region.

The window looks out across the private gardens and swimmingpool (to share with the owners) toward the beautiful Mijas Mountains with breathtaking views on the valley.

All bed linen is provided with additional pillows and blankets if required - there are quilts in the Winter and sheets and blankets in the Summer. Perfect for a Summer holiday or a break in the Andalucia Winter sunshine.

This bedroom enjoys a spacious bathroom with a full sized bath, huge shower, wash-hand basin, toilet, heated towel rail, mirror and shaving point.

A bath and hand towel are provided per person, these are for use in the bathroom only.

We also provide one beach towel per person per stay, leaving you more room in your packing for clothes!

How do damage deposits work?

If JEAN MICHEL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
