Surrounded by the green hills of Tuscany, Farm House La Confessione offers a relaxing stay in close contact with nature.

The apartments are furnished in typical rustic Tuscan style and have a living room-kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and large private parking. A provision for a relaxing holiday, large garden with barbecue area, free bike rental and swimmingpool just 5 minutes from us.

You can taste the finest Chianti wines from our wine cellar and follow the Tuscan Road of Wine and Oil of Montalbano. You can also easily reach the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany, such as Vinci, Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca and San Gimignano in just half an hour. Guests will have access to a large private garden with barbecue area and solarium equipped with sun beds and tables, where make dinner relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Outdoor area entirely covered by wi-fi. Private parking inside the propriety, free. Free bikes rent for excursions.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Alberto (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
