Prime location: private 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, air conditioning, wifi, villa in Old Village neighborhood and 10 minutes from the marina.

This beautifully renovated 4 bedroomed villa is in a super location near to the centre of Vilamoura and is only 10 minutes walk to the marina and beaches.There is a wonderful feeling of space and light throughout the villa and it has been decorated to a very high standard. The lounge has sliding patio door leading out to an outside covered lounge patio area and then to lush private gardens with beautiful plants and exotic trees. Surrounding the villa and there are fabulous sun terraces with outside dinning table and chairs, for dining al fresco and a charcoal BBQ.

GROUND FLOOR

Kitchen: oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee percolator, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave.

Lounge/dining room: TV, DVD, 4 seater settee, 3 seater settee, fireplace, dining table with 6 chairs.

Bedroom: twin beds, built-in wardrobes.

Bathroom: walk in shower, toilet, wash hand basin, bidet.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 2: double bed, private bathroom, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, balcony equipped with set of sofas and 2 sun loungers and direct access to the pool area by an outdoor metal spiral stairs and overlooking the pool and golf. The bathroom has a large shower, sink, hairdryer, toilet.

Bedroom 3: double bed, private bathroom, built-in wardrobes, safe, air conditioning, balcony equipped with 2 relax chairs. The bathroom has a large shower, sink, toilet.

Bedroom 4: twin beds, private bathroom, wardrobe, air conditioning, balcony equipped with 2 relax chairs. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet.

On the first floor terrace we can find the solarium, the access can be from one of the bedrooms or from outdoor metal spiral stairs. An extra space to enjoy the outdoors, to provide to all guests optimal views of the golf course. For colder nights or treatcherously hot summers, this solarium can help you feel like you are outdoors without having to bear the temperatures.

OUTSIDE AREA

Ground floor: swimming pool with 8m x 4 m, depth of 120cm - 175cm with access by ladder and roman steps , dining table with 8 chairs, 8 sun loungers, covered patio with 3 seater and 2 seater settees and chairs, small lily pond, charcoal BBQ, sun umbrella.

First floor: large terrace overlooking the pool with 2 deck chairs and patio table and chairs. Terrace of 2 of the bedrooms overlooking the front garden.

Distances: Marina (1,0km); Beach (1,5km); Supermarket (0,5km); Airport (25km).

Beach Towels can be provide with an extra cost (on request).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
