Cypresses Villa is a unique house, a spacious stone made house surrounded by green and peaceful land, ideal for those who like outdoor activities but suitable for those who like to stay home and cook his meal made with fresh products available in the neighborhood or enjoy sitting outside reading or soaking the sun by the pool area.
The Villa has two floors, at the 1st floor (2nd floor for American standards) there is the sleeping area which includes four bedrooms, two with queen size beds ( one of which has a private lounge with fireplace) one bedroom with two singles, and one bedroom with a full-size bed.
On this floor there are two bathrooms, one is fully accessorized with tube and shower and the second bathroom en-suite in one of the bedrooms.
There is also an extra room suitable for training, sort of gym room but do not expect to find a fully equipped gym :) there is just a couple of machines, a great space for yoga.
On the ground, there is plenty of rooms, two sitting rooms, one with fireplace perfectly working, a reading room with a piano for those who like to play instruments, a dining room with table for 10 guests.
A cozy kitchen with a large fireplace, a fantastic place to cook a barbecue or a traditional meal, at the ground, there is also a single bedroom, one bathroom, and a large laundry room.
The house entrance is a terrace where you can sit and relax. Perfect spot to read your favorite book, check your emails on the computer or drink a glass of wine.
Besides the Villa there is a green area set with table and chairs, there to enjoy a beautiful lunch in the lovely Tuscan athmosphere.
The swimming pool is attached to the Villa, it's a freshwater pool surrounded by a green area. The pool is open from 15 May to 30 SEPT and it is an exclusive and private facility for the guests of the Villa only

Guest Access
Guest will have access to the pool which is there to share with other guests of properties of the Manson.
There is plenty of space outside, the Property is large and green and it's possible anytime to take a hike and enjoy nature.
Easy parking spot, park your car just in front of the Villa.
Interaction with Guests
The owner of the house does not live in the Property, but he will be available on the phone for any request or help.
I will be always available by phone for any question about the rental condition, terms, and use of the property.

The Neighborhood
Castellina in Chianti is a well-known Wine area, Gallo Nero (Black Roaster D.O.C area) some of the best Chianti wine are produced in the area, that is because the land is generous and the sun shines on these hills.
There is a large list of sites to visit when you spend some time here, it is a perfect spot in between Sienna and Florence, and represent the ideal picture of what the Tuscan countryside would look like in a postcard.
In town, 1.5 km away, there are restaurants, shops, grocery store, and services.

Other Things to Note
The road to access to the Villas is not the best for sports cars, it is not terrible but you want to drive slowly and know that at night you cross a wood area so you will not have illumination beside your car lights.
that said, I drive a regular car and never had an issue, actually, it's amazing that sometimes you cross a deer or a fox.
It's expressly forbidden to let children and not self-sufficient persons alone in the pool.
No animals too in the water!
