Elegance and comfort for this crossing apartment, completely renovated, air-conditioned, in the area of Musicians. Ideal for two couples or a family, you can relax in the hot tub after a day at the beach or skiing. Located in the center, 5 'walk from the train station and 10' beaches, the apartment consists of: - an entrance leading to a corridor of 11 m2, serving: - a stay of 27m2 air-conditioned with oak flooring, with two balconies. Its equipment includes, a bookcase with storage space in the lower part, a sofa bed with chaise longue, bed type "rapido" in 160cm, a table "console", a Hifi furniture with flat screen of 125cm and DVD player, a coffee table, chairs and armchair - a 17m2 air-conditioned room with balcony and oak flooring, equipped with a set of motorized beds 160cms (2x80cm) with memory foam mattresses, a large dressing room with a Led TV 81cm, a office area - a fully equipped kitchen (induction, pyrolysis oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster). Dishes and kitchen utensils are included - a bathroom of about 8 m2 equipped, a large basin, a shower, a bubble bath (jacuzzi), a toilet. Why can't I call Campan (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Campan (the owner) a message.

If Campan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
