Situé sur un terrain de 2600m2 cloturé très arboré, ( oliviers, eucalyptus, arbousiers ), à 2km/plage avec vue panoramique sur golfe le du Valinco et montagne,rez-de-villa 60m2, 2 chambres,séjour, salle de bain, toilettes indépendantes + une cuisine exterieure d'été, couverte super équipée ( barbecue, plaque de cuisson, frigo, télé etc.). Une pièce supplémentaire.

Centre ville Propriano,ports de plaisance et commerces 2km.

Centre commercial, pharmacie 1km.

Une caution de 300 euros restituée en fin de séjour est demandée à l'arrivée.

Un ménage doit être fait avant le départ.
