Location, location, location - within just minutes walking distance to all amenities, transport links and arguably the best sandy beaches on the Costa del Sol.

This ground floor apartment has direct (lockable) gated access to the beautiful gardens and pool of the popular complex of Pino Golf de Don Carlos, Elviria. Leading from the living room is a spacious covered terrace with 2 sun loungers, overlooking the pool and surrounding grounds, perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying a glass of wine. For our guests who like to prepare some meals at home, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, hob/oven, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee maker.

The Master Bedroom has a king size double bed, fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with bath/shower over and the second bedroom twin beds, making it ideal for families. The second bathroom is complete with bath and shower over.

This property is spacious and airy, with lots of day light making it feel really homely. It is furnished to a high standard in a modern and comfortable style, with a comfortable seating, flat screen TV (showing all UK and some international channels), fibre optic wifi and DVD players. It is possible to convert the sofa into a bed for one person (possibly 2 persons, on request please) There is plenty of easy street parking right in front of the apartment block and the surrounding area.

Quiet ground floor apartment, no steps from entrance to the apartment and only one small step from the street to the complex. Covered terrace opening directly to the gardens and pools. Perfect for families with children of all ages, couples and mature guests and a car is NOT essential.

Golf Clubs (Santa Maria Golf, Greenhills, Santa Clara, Miraflores, Cabopino to name but a few) all only 5 minutes drive away, Romana Playa Spa and gym facilities 5 minutes walk. Aventura Amazonia adventure playground is directly opposite. La Canada Shopping Mall 10 minutes drive away and Marbella Old Town 15 mins drive, or just hop on the local bus (regular service every 30 minutes.). Lots for the family to do during the day from ranging from adventure playgrounds, pedaloes, beaches, aquaparks etc..Supermarkets, shops, bars, banks, restaurants just 2 minutes walk . Five Star Don Carlos Hotel and the famous Nikki Beach just 10 minutes walk away. All you would need for a fun filled and relaxed holiday.

Why can't I call Asheila (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Asheila (the owner) a message.

If Asheila (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
