Ancienne grange du 19ème siècle restaurée, la maison est au coeur de la campagne tourangelle au calme. Idéalement située pour visiter les plus beaux sites de la Loire (châteaux, caves, zoo de Beauval...) ou tout simplement pour se reposer et se ressourcer.

Vous profiterez de la tranquillité des lieux et peut être entendrez-vous la Chevêche d'Athéna...

La maison est une dépendance de la propriété (ancien corps de ferme) rénovée par nos soins tout en conservant les éléments d'origine: poutres, murs en pierre avec un accès privatif et peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes.

Au rez-de-chaussée un grand salon avec poutres et avec accès sur la terrasse et le jardin.

Une cuisine spacieuse et équipée ( lave linge et sèche linge, cafetière nespresso , micro onde, théière)

Une grande chambre avec un lit 2 places et un lit 1 personne et donnant accès sur le jardin.

A l'étage, une seconde chambre avec un lit 2 places.

Une salle de bains avec douche et toilettes.

Terrain de 500 m² avec vue sur les champs.

Vous profiterez de la tranquillité des lieux pour des barbecues dès les beaux jours, salon de jardin et chaises longues pour la détente sont mis à disposition.

Lit bébé ( parapluie et matelas) et chaise haute seront mis à disposition (sur demande)

Le montant de la location inclus: linge de lit, serviettes de bains, Wi-Fi gratuit, toutes les consommations d'électricité, d'eau et de chauffage, utilisation de la machine à laver.

La maison est totalement autonome au niveau de son accès, habitant sur la même propriété, je reste disponible.

    Lovely accommodation in a beautiful setting

    How do damage deposits work?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send DECHEREUX (the owner) a message.

    If DECHEREUX (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
