La villetta è situata sul promontorio di Punta Ala con un panorama sul mare a 360° con accesso diretto e privato alla spiaggia di scogli . 3 camere al piano superiore. Matrimoniale con terrazza con vista stupenda sul golfo di Punta Ala. Camera a 2 letti singoli. Altra camera matrimoniale con accesso al giardino ed alla zona panoramica posteriore dove si può ammirare l'Isola d'Elba, Montecristo e l'isola del Giglio con accesso alla spiaggia di scogli. E' dotata di parabola con decoder sky in chiaro (chi è cliente sky può utilizzare la propria scheda).A breve distanza (3 minuti con auto) dalla spiaggia, dal porto, dal centro commerciale e dal suggestivo campo da golf a 18 buche. Barbecue a carbonella.

    La sua recensione è molto severa ed il numero delle stelle attribuito rispetto a quello che ha scritto è piuttosto penalizzante. Le foto mostrano chiaramente che non si tratta di una villa ed il modem wifi, a causa del rinnovo del contratto, necessitava dell'attivazione fatta in un centro TIM ed io ero impossibilitato a farlo abitando a 200 km di distanza. Purtroppo non lo sapevo. Sono certo che chi leggerà queste righe saprà fare comunque la giusta considerazione. Grazie tuttavia per l'apprezzamento della casa.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send PAOLO (the owner) a message.

    If PAOLO (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
