A secret and magical garden hidden away leads to a group of gated private lofts, away from the pollution and bustle of the city, but in walking distance along the river (3 miles) to the very centre of Paris. Close to metro( 5 min)

Unusual spectacular, three-bedroom artist's loft located in a reconverted factory building in a private gated group of lofts/artists homes and garden (180m2=1900sqft). Great access from public transport to all major tourist destinations, including Notre Dame, Left Bank, Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Versailles etc. Also use UBER car for 3 mile drive or 10 mins to the very centre, Notre Dame, or walk /cycle down the river. 20 mins drive to Disneyland. Close to the Olympics location for summer 24.

Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a terrace with chairs and table and garden common space where children can play safely. Imagine sitting outside surrounded by greenery and the sound of birds eating breakfast or lunch/dinner and then a few minutes later being in the centre of all the bustle of the city. There are beds for 8 people (one small double) if you are more , you will need to use extra sofas, which are very comfortable.

The ground floor features 20 foot high ceilings, 2 comfortable couches* and dining table and chairs for 10+ , a spacious dining/kitchen area with a fully equipped, open plan kitchen, with industrial cooker and fridge freezer with ice maker. Three bedrooms all together, and three bath/shower rooms. Ground floor, one double bedroom with small en suite bathroom/shower area, and an additional shower room and WC. There are two additional double bedrooms on the mezzanine level, one with ensuite bathroom/tub, the other with a comfortable double loft /platform bed, a small double as well on the lower level, table and large window. So beds for 8 one bedroom with two doubles. Two sofas very comfortable for sleeping on, can be used as extras if necessary. The apartment has central heating and ceiling fans for hot weather.

Bedrooms have portable air conditioning units, super thread count sheets and down comforters.

This is my home and is in a private gated community of 22 artist lofts is a peaceful oasis, and lots of noise and loud music is not appreciated, especially after 10pm, so it's not suitable for playing techno or dance music loud at any time. If you have children they are welcome, but please ensure they are well behaved, do not scream and shout inside or in the large shared garden, though they are welcome to play.

Located in Ivry-Sur-Seine/Paris 13th arrondissement, central Paris (St. Michel /Notre Dame, Louvre, Chatelet) is three stops or 10 minutes ride on the RER C line; a stop further is the Quai d'Orsay, followed by the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. This is in my opinion the best metro line in Paris , it goes straight through the middle following the river, and then up towards the Arc de Triomphe (Ave Foch) and Porte Maillot. There is a Velib bike station close by for easy cycling into St Germain, or more Central Paris. Bercy Village and Paris beach in the summer is a 15/20 min walk, or cycle/bus, Bercy Village is a converted railway yard with lots of outdoor restaruants, cafe's shops.

Grocery and other shopping is extremely convenient with a huge Carrefour supermarket approx. 100 meters away. And a shopping mall, with Desigual, H&M, and 30 other shops, and a gym. Three days a week (T,W,F) you can buy fresh produce and a variety of goods at a lively open air market in front of Ivry's historic city hall. There are bakeries, cafes, and restaurants in the vicinity. Just down the street the Le Luxy theatre offers French, independent and international films, as does the nearby MK2 Bibliotheque Nationale cinemaplex. Pathe with Imax and 15 + cinemas is a five minute walk. Indoor tennis courts are a block away. There are parks all around, so great for children, across the footbridge is a park with childrens climbing mound and slides, and small children's enclosed playground, somewhere to run etc. A 15 min walk or short cycle is the Bois de Vincennes, 2,500 acres of park and woodland, the Paris zoo, Buddhist Temple, and exercise track, Here you can ride horses etc. Disney land is a 20 min drive, or slightly more by train. It's a perfect , calm space a little away from the bustle and noise of the very centre of the tourist areas. This area has the highest concentration of artists in France.

Parking is relatively easy and inexpensive, there is one space available in the loft complex.
