From the owner

Beach located Andalucian - styled villa with panoramic sea views, mountain views and views of the north African coast line. This beach villa is just 50 meters from a long sandy blue flag beach with a good selection of beach bars and restaurants along its length. Its just 5 minutes walk into the Spanish fishing town of San Luis de Sabinillas where you can buy all your provisions. The quaint lively Duquesa Port is just 15 minutes walk and the bustling town of Estepona is just 10 minutes drive or bus service available.

A spacious 3 bedroom villa (150sq m) which sleeps 6. 1 double bedroom (kingsize bed) with ensuite and second refurbished bathroom, bedroom no2 with a superking bed or the option of 2 single beds and a 3rd bedroom also with the option of a superking double or 2 singles. There is a large living room with dining area which leads out onto the large garden terrace equipped with BBQ, table, chairs and relaxing sofas. The garden terrace opens on a large grassed area of the community gardens and you can find the shared community pool just approximately 50 meters away. There is a locable gate to keep toddlers safe at the front and back of the house. There is also a large indoor pool and spa just 5 minutes walk away in the local town great for winter use. There is a fully fitted well equipped kitchen with new white goods. On the roof terrace there are 2 terraces recently extended and refurbished and a fully equipped with a new kitchen facilities , tables, chairs, sun loungers, bbq and a store room equipped with kitchen items, fridge, kettle, water , electric bbq etc and hot and cold running water. Stunning terraces hat get the sun all day.

The villa is also has beach chairs, beach tables , umbrellas , picnic cool bags , games , adult bikes , 2 x kids scooters , kites, fishing gear and golf clubs and a gazebo! . There is a smart TV/radio, cd and Ipod player, sonos speakers and fibre optic wifi internet access available. Absolutely everything for a wonderful holiday. All bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided . The villa is well equipped for babies and toddlers. A full size cot , plus a travel cot, bedding , high chair, stair gates, safety bed panel and toddler booster seat are available.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gary and Jenny (the owner) a message.

    If Gary and Jenny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
