C’est Vrai la maison est très bien placée à 5 mn à pied du centre ville et nous mettons un point d’honneur à installer nos hôtes dans une maison rutilante de propreté avec une literie et du linge de lit et de toilette de grande qualité . Nous avons adoré votre petite famille aux habitudes un tantinet bohèmes. Nous nous sommes investis dans l’inscription des enfants aux écoles. Nous vous avons demandé de nous informer immédiatement des difficultés que vous risquiez de rencontrer au cours de ces longues semaines et dès que nous avons été informés des problèmes de piscine ou de jardin nous avons immédiatement fait intervenir les personnes responsablesde l'entretien pour y remédier. Il n’a jamais été question de ne pas vous rembourser la caution . Devant bien répertorier tout le linge fourni et voulant accueillir les nouveaux hôtes selon nos critères d’hygiène et de qualité nous avons dû prendre un peu de temps pour être justes et objectifs dans les modalités de restitution de la caution selon les termes du contrat que nous avions établi. Nous avons retenu le minimum et le solde de la caution vous a été versé. Nous sommes très attachés au respect mutuel et à l’élégance des relations avec nos hôtes Maintenant tout est en ordre et nous vous souhaitons de belles fins de vacances. It's true the house is very well located 5 minutes walk from the city center and we put a point of honor to install our guests in a house shiny clean with bedding and bed linen and towels of high quality . We loved your little family with slightly bohemian habits. We have invested in enrolling children in schools. We asked you to inform us immediately of the difficulties that you might encounter during these long weeks and as soon as we were informed of the pool or garden problems we immediately asked the people responsible for the maintenance to fix it. There was no question of not paying you back the deposit. Having to list all the linen provided and wanting to welcome new guests according to our hygiene and quality criteria we had to take a little time to be fair and objective in the terms of return of the deposit according to the terms of the contract that we had established. We have retained the minimum and the balance of the deposit has been paid. We are very committed to mutual respect and the elegance of our relationship with our guests Now everything is in order and we wish you a beautiful holiday.
