Self catering holiday bungalow on the Honicombe Manor holiday Park in the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. One level accomodation allows guests to extend onto the south facing patio and beyond. It is the perfect place for a holiday in the west country. See all photos for the accommodation. The open plan living area, quality leather settees, Freeview 43" LED HD TV and Blu-ray DVD player. TV has a USB input for your films, broadband etc. Kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and freezer. Dinning table and 6 dinning chairs. Three good sized double bedrooms with storage. All beds have duvets and pillows, linen for these can be hired £10 per bed, if you can't bring your own (not available during the pandemic). Please bring your own towels. Electric central heating throughout this holiday accommodation. Family bathroom, has an electric shower over the bath. The toilet is separate. COVID-19 restrictions apply to indoor pool, outdoor pool (summer only), mini gym or games room. Tennis court. This is the ideal place for walking and cycling, adventure activities, sightseeing or simply chilling out and relaxing with holiday memories to cherish. Only 30 minutes drive to the nearest beach. Whether you're a family, a couple or single it will be home from home in our holiday bungalow. Sorry no pets.

very nice stay here, but 1 toilet for 5 people was a bit of a hazard,especially when bolt was faulty on toilet door.apart from that enjoyed our stay here and would come again mayb next year

Sorry you found the lack of a bolt on the toilet a problem, but as you are either standing or sitting behind the door, we considered not letting children get locked in more important. The extent of the incline can be best seen in the second photo which shows the bungalow from the path.

Why can't I call Stephen (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stephen (the owner) a message.

If Stephen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
