Spanish villa with private pool and garden. For the hot time with generous modern air conditioning, also in all bedrooms. For the transitional periods with heated pool, for the cooler seasons with underfloor heating and open fireplace. Casa Inca very suitable for holidays at any time of the year, with the family but also in small groups or as a couple.

Situated on the privileged side of the Cumbre des Sol with all-day sun and wide unobstructed views, Casa Inca belongs to the municipality of Benitachell, but is located above Moraira / El Portet with its bays and beaches as well as cafés, shops and restaurants.

Casa Inca offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living area as well as a kitchen and gas grill, as well as several terraces with seating and dining around the detached house.

The modern air conditioning system, newly installed at the beginning of 2024, with two outdoor units and six indoor units, enables a pleasant holiday even in hot phases.

At the request of the guests, the house and/or pool can be heated. Pool heating is usually not possible from November to March. The cost of both heaters is not included in the price shown. In both cases, please contact us.

Casa Inca is a detached villa built in Spanish style. It is located in a mature garden that surrounds the whole house. The villa is located on the southwestern slope of the Cumbre del Sol, just above the Valle del Portet of Moraira. The south-facing orientation offers all-day sunshine by the pool.

Casa Inca has its own private pool. From there and from the house you can see the coast and mountains of the Costa Blanca, from Cap d'Or (El Portet/Moraira) via Calpe down to Benidorm and beyond; on the land side, the view goes from Bernia to Montgo.

The special microclimate of this location offers cooling air movements in summer and weather protection in the lee of the Cumbre del Sol mountain on the few unfriendly days of a Spanish winter.

Casa Inca has four bedrooms, easily distinguished by the friendly colors of the curtains blue, green, orange and yellow. "Blue" and "Green" are located on the living level and share a family bathroom with bath and shower attachment. The "Yellow Bedroom" is located in the upper tower. The "Orange Bedroom" is located in the lower tower. It has direct access to the garden and pool and can be reached via the garden.

Both tower rooms have their own small bathrooms with showers. The upper "Yellow" tower room also has an extra bed.

On the living level, in addition to the two bedrooms, there is a large living room with an open fireplace, the internal porch with a large dining table, the lower tower room with another lounge and the kitchen. The outer porch is also located on this level.

The exceptional views of the sea, coast and capes, as well as the mountains of the Costa Blanca, can be enjoyed from the pool, garden and most of the rooms. The only exceptions are the green and orange bedroom and the kitchen. These have windows to the garden side of the house.

The villa is built in the style of a Spanish villa with terracotta floor, open fireplace in the living room. It was used as the main residence all year round until 2014 and was completely renovated in 2015. It is a magnificent place for all seasons. In recent years, a new more powerful heat pump for the pool, a new kitchen and now the air conditioning at the beginning of 2024 have been added.

The house has internet and Wi-Fi as well as two flat-screen TVs with satellite or Wi-Fi/Internet connection.

The well-equipped kitchen has a combined gas stove with oven, microwave, a large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, stainless steel pots and pans etc. and a dishwasher. There is a washing machine and associated dryer. Both are located in a separate room on the pool level. There is also another fridge-freezer combination. It is possible to buy supplies for carefree holidays without hesitation.

How do damage deposits work?

If Utz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
