You have complete peace of mind that you can let dogs off the lead and enjoy watching them happily play in the large secure garden from the conservatory knowing that they can't go missing due to the secure fencing & gates.. We haven't had any escapee's yet!

❤ The entrance sign into Chapel St Leonards says "Village Life by the Seaside" and it really is exactly that. A sleepy, totally relaxed English village with a warm welcome to its visitors, everyone seems happy & relaxed with all the time in the world to chat about anything you want to talk about. The village has some of the best restaurants, Beaches and entertainment in the area, The Perfect place to enjoy a nice summer holiday or a Winter shortbreak.

The quaint little village of Chapel St Leonards is situated on the Lincolnshire coast, seven miles from the popular resort of Skegness. The village centre is bursting with traditional shops, local family pubs and a variety of restaurants and cafes. The beautiful long sandy beaches and sand dunes are the perfect place to relax, with brightly painted beach huts adding to the appeal of this charming village. Chapel St Leonards boasts a good leisure centre, where families can hire motorboats, quad bikes, play crazy golf or simply go fishing. Each year there is the Chapel Carnival Parade, which includes an array of creative floats and activities on the Village Green, complete with a fireworks display on the promenade. Fantasy Island Theme Park in Ingoldmells is just three miles away, and the vibrant larger resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe are worth visiting.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Carl (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
