Welcome to Burnham.

"We stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing! We slept peacefully and went to lots of different places like Edinburgh, St Andrews, oldest golf course in the world and Edinburgh Zoo! We loved this apartment and wished we could stay here longer." (Guest review, Stratford-upon-avon)

This is a lovely self catering, first floor apartment in a quiet and well located area of Musselburgh. A short walk from the harbor, beach, children's play park and shops. Approximately 8 miles from Edinburgh city centre and 2 miles from Portabello Beach.

Parking space in private car park and free on street parking. Musselburgh Race Course a National Hunt racing course a short walk away, Brunton Theatre round the corner, Muirfield and other golf courses nearby. Prices vary depending on time of year and length of stay. All our prices are negotiable.

Flat accommodation includes:

* One double bedroom with ample wardrobe space.

* Comfortable double sofa bed in living room

* Large sitting room with dining room table and chairs, TV with digital box, DVD Player and electric fire.

* Luxury fitted kitchen containing oven/hob with extractor fan, bosch washer/dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, kitchen utensils and crockery.

* Small flip-up breakfast table with folding chairs in kitchen.

* Modern fully tiled bathroom with shower over bath and heated towel rail.

* Double glazed with electric heating, electricity included in price.

* We provide some toilet roll, kitchen roll and a tea towel.

* High Chair

* Cot bed on request for a small charge.

All bed linen and towels included in the price.

Unfortunately no pets and no smoking.

Why can't I call Pamela (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pamela (the owner) a message.

If Pamela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
