Welcome to our luxurious sea view villa in the most beautiful place of South Costa Brava. An ideal holiday villa for families and large groups to spend quality time. You find Siview Villa close to several beautiful beaches and idyllic bays. It is surrounded by woods and enjoys great privacy and tranquillity. In only a few minutes´ drive you find Cala Canyelles beach with a small marina and a fantastic restaurant. Lloret de Mar´s centre is only 5 minutes away.

Our 420 m2 villa with capacity for 14-16 guests is especially designed for outdoor living. The main living area is at the same level as the terrace with a 10x5 m swimming pool. The south facing façade made of large sliding windows that disappear into the walls, open the house to a maximum, bringing the outside inside. You find a relaxing lounge by the pool, as well as several reclining chairs, where you can enjoy the views of the sea and mountains. The terrace is connected with an outdoor dining area and barbecue. If you want to be away from it all, you will enjoy the large lounge area in the garden seating 16 guests and the fantastic Jacuzzi with 65 jets. Here you can get together, read a book or sip a nice glass of wine in complete privacy and serenity, surrounded by lush green.

The ground floor has a large open space that covers a spacious living room, a dining area which seats 14 and a modern equipped kitchen. Opening the top-to-bottom windows, you immediately connect to the terrace with the infinity style swimming pool and the barbecue and outdoor dining area. On this floor you also find a guest toilet, as well as a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace and garden with Jacuzzi and lounge area.

With an open floating stairs you access the first floor, where you find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a covered terrace, as well as the master suite with a bath, shower and access to a private terrace. All bedrooms have built-in closets. Waking up you can immediately enjoy the beautiful sea view.

On level -1 you find a special suite with en-suite bathroom, with a garden patio with natural light. On this level there is another spacious bedroom with capacity for 4 beds, with an en-suite bathroom.

The villa is equipped with automatic shutters and an alarm system. You can park two cars in the garage. Street parking is also available.

With its large living spaces, terraces, garden and full luxury facilities, Siview Villa in La Riviera, Lloret de Mar is a comfortable accommodation for groups and multiple families.

Thank you for your review and comments. We are glad that you had a nice stay in our villa. We understand that WIFI is important to many guests. We are working on improving the signal coming from an antenna, while providing an additional WIFI connection that works independently. In this way more people can get connected at the same time. As for the heating: we could have provided a heater for more comfort in the living room, if you had asked! We are available to our guests at any time for any questions they may have.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jacqueline (the owner) a message.

If Jacqueline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
