Trewollas Beach Cottage is perched on top of a hill with stunning views over Sennen Cove, less than two miles from Land’s End in the far south-west of Cornwall, just ten minutes’ drive beyond Penzance.

Nestling high in the sand dunes, Trewollas has a perfect south-west aspect, enjoying the sun all day long through to fabulous sunsets over the Atlantic. The living room and bedrooms offer wide sweeping views of the valley, Sennen Cove village and of course the fabulous beach and seaviews. On a clear day you can even see all the way to the Scilly Isles!

Just 2 or 3 minutes’ walk via the private footpath from the garden will take you down to the South West Coastal Path and the vast sandy beach of Whitesand Bay.

The cottage is equipped to a high standard, with wireless internet access, Freesat TV and a DVD player. There is a washer / dryer. Trewollas has central heating making it ideal for a winter break.

The living area is open plan, taking advantage of the amazing views through large double-glazed windows and a patio door opening onto the terrace. A few steps lead down from the kitchen and dining area to the sitting room. The two levels provide separate yet companionable spaces.

The main bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite with a large luxury shower. The second bedroom situated across the other side of the living area from the main bedroom can either be made as a twin or if preferred a super king-sized. This bedroom has use of the main bathroom, which has a luxury free standing bath and a rainfall shower.

Please note our driveway is steep and there are several steep steps down to the cottage, so Trewollas may not be suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Heather (the owner) a message.

    If Heather (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
