BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW is a house on two levels.

The ground floor has of a LIVING ROOM with a sofa, a KITCHEN with a BATHROOM nearby, a DOUBLE BEDROOM with an BATHROOM with shower.

The living room and bedroom have access to a large terrace with an enchanting view of the Amalfi Coast. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs and sunshades.

The upper floor has a large BEDROOM with a double bed + 2 single beds, communicating with a BATHROOM with shower.

In the loft there is a third bedroom with a single sofa bed that converts into a double.

The house is accessed by going down a staircase (about 40 steps), from the private parking (two parking spaces) located on the road that goes down to the sea from the center of Conca.

From here you enter the GARDEN equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs, with an enchanting sea view..

The house is ideal for 2 or 3 couples, but also large families up to

8 people.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

In addition to the price of the rent there will be:

- 200 euro fee per week to be payed by cash upon arrival to cover local services: cleaning, laundry, tourist tax, WiFi, water, light, gas.

- during the cold season there is an additional cost of heating of 3 euro per hour (based on usage, which can be track by an hour counter).

    Grazie infinite per queste parole. Anche noi siamo sempre incantati dalla vista sul golfo di Amalfi dalla terrazza. Ogni anno cerchiamo sempre di migliorare la casa. Lo scorso inverno è stato rifatto il tetto. Il prossimo inverno speriamo che ci diano il permesso di allargare l'ingresso del posteggio privato interno in modo che ci stiano comodamente due auto. Grazie ancora, con la speranza di avervi ancora come ospiti . Silvia e Sergio

    How do damage deposits work?
