Located in one of the best positions in Dobrinishte with uninterupted views of the Pirin Mountains, the chalet is well located to take advantage of the Bansko Ski area and the quiter lesser known Ski and Mountain Biking domain of Dobrinishte. It is also the starting point to some of the best walking , mountain biking and fishing areas in the Pirin Mountains (Bezbog hut and beyond).
This luxury chalet offers excellent facilities and total comfort for the duration of your stay.
- KITCHEN: fitted with a dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, hob & oven. - 4 BEDROOMS: one of which is en-suite, are furnished with solid oak furniture plus a travel cot. - LOG FIRE: the open plan modern living area has a wood burning fire and is perfect for relaxing. - INTERNET: Wireless Internet and Desktop Computer with internet access. - LCD TV'S: In living area and master bedroom both with DVD players and a slection of DVD's. - ENTERTAINMENT: Satellite TV with sports channels, PS2 with games and BOSE IPOD Docking station.
There is a large fenced-off garden area with BBQ and garden furniture. The chalet also has its own hill for sledging and building snowmen!
Located just 10 minutes from the Gondola Station in Bansko and a short drive from the ski domain of Dobrinishte. 2 minutes from one of the regions best Mehanas (restaurant) and a thermally heated open air swimming pool (mineral spring). Transport between the chalet and the ski areas can be arranged.
A complimentory welcome pack including wine, beer and breakfast foods will be provided for your arrival. All linen and towels are provided.

The Pirin/Rhodope Mountains region
With a history pre-dating Christ, the Pirin Mountain villages are steeped in history and culture. Dobrinishte nestles in the foot hills of the Pirin Mountains and holds World Heritage status. WIth its own Ski Domain, Mountain Biking trails, Thermal Mineral Springs, Mountain Lakes for fishing and one of the best Mehanas (restaurants) in the region, Dobrinishte offers everything you will need for both a winter or a summer vacation base.
Bansko / Dobrinishte area
The old town of Bansko can be reached within just a 10 minute drive and the Greek coast within 2hrs!
For those with a little more adventure, we can arrange white water rafting in the spring time, para gliding on the ski slopes, horse-back trecks, quad biking expeditions in to the mountains, climbing and trecking tours.
During the month of August the Jazz festival awakens the area (www.banskojazz.com), with famous artists performing throughout the warm evenings.
There are many cultural heritage sites to see, one of the most famous being the Rila Monastery. The rescue centre for Bulgaria's ex-dancing bears is only 45 mins away and within 1 hour's drive it is possible to visit the famous wine area of Melnik and the sites of many legends including Trigrad Gorge where Orpheus returned to the underworld and the town of Sandanski where Sparticus was born.
Temperatures in the area are in the late-20's and early-30's between May and October.

Sofia International Airport in Bulgaria is serviced by several low-cost airlines in addition to National carriers from most major airports. Direct flights are offered by:

Airport transfers or car hire are the usual ways of getting to Dobrinishte/Bansko. We work closely with several transfer and car hire companies and will be happy to assist in the booking of these. Both options would meet you in the arrivals hall of the airport. For those who decide to drive, we can provide step-by-step directions from Sofia airport to Dobrinishte which is an easy journey.
Daily transport between the Chalet and the Ski Areas of Bansko and Dobrinishte, will cost approx £1.50 per person each way using a private minibus for 8 people and should be arrange in advance of arrival. We can arrange this for you.
