It's only 8 mins by car to the beautiful historic centre of Montpellier. Access to the house is via a short private drive into the pleasantly landscaped grounds.It`s ideal location midway beween the long stretches of golden beaches on the Camargue and the rugged mountain landscape with medieval villages, rivers and gorges for canoeing and kajaking makes the villa the perfect spot for an exciting and memorable holiday. The property is well equipped with everything you could wish for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, including fast wireless Internet access; sky satellite tv with all main English channels.

Leisure Activities in the near vicinity : a tennis centre with a coffee shop, a riding school (3 km) a well-developed Karting track, and for cycling and mountain biking enthusiasts, more recently, an entirely newly built cycle track that runs through the whole of the village and continues right up to Ales.There is also a challenging 18-hole golf course, beautifully landscaped among the greenery of pine trees, in the next village of St Gely du Fesc, 5km.Enjoy canoeing and kayaking in the nearby mountain landscape of the Hérault and the famous mountain rivers of the Cévennes. Other water sports such as surfing, water skiing and sailing are on offer at the nearby beaches and the breathtakingly beautiful lake Salagou, 30km away. Lake Salagou is also a popular for fishing, especially well-known for carp fishing.

Why can't I call Christina (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Christina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
