Falcon Villas are three beautifully secluded properties on an exclusive site in a peaceful location very close to the centre of Kalkan, with great sea views from the pool area and the individual villas; every bedroom has a balcony with a sea view.
This one is:
Villa Kalkan: 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5 (one double, one twin and sofa bed, either the lounge or the double bedroom).
All of the Falcon Villas have fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, downstairs cloakroom and bedroom balconies with sea views.
The kitchens in each villa are fully equipped with a full size cooker, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and a kettle.
Each villa has its own private terrace complete with a table and chairs for al fresco dining in case you decide to cook for yourself instead of just popping out to the myriad of local restaurants; there is also a barbecue.
A washing machine is also provided in each villa, together with an iron and ironing board, which is especially handy if you are travelling with children. Another bonus, particularly during the height of the summer, is that each villa is fully air-conditioned with individual units in the lounge and each bedroom.

The Falcon Villas site is a genuine 5 minutes walk to the beach and one minute to the supermarket. There are 3 pharmacies nearby; also a dentist and doctor's clinic a few minutes' minutes walk from villas.

The villas share a large communal pool, 16m long and 8m wide with a shallow end. There are sun loungers and pool side tables and chairs, a shower and toilet area by the pool.
Falcon Villas are family-run with a nice, friendly and relaxing atmosphere making them ideal for families or friends that want to holiday together then retire to their own villa at night.

Booking policy:
1. Upon receipt of your enquiry we will confirm availability and price, normally within 2-3 hours.
2. We will then require a 30% booking deposit, together with some booking information (which you can complete online).
3. We require payment of the rental balance no less than 8 weeks before arrival, together with a refundable security deposit, which will be returned to you after your holiday, provided there is no damage to the accommodation.
5. Prices are based on a maximum of 5 people sharing.
6. We accept payments by bank transfer, credit/debit card or via Paypal.
