Stunning 2 bed luxury apartment which is located on the loveliest, peaceful and smallest Naranjos in the resort.

The large pool is a tranquil place for a swim for all the family, there is a children's section and deep pool for the adults and the pool is literally on your doorstep

The resort boasts the only Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course in the area, the apartment is within a minutes walk to the clubhouse so its excellent for those golfing enthusiasts as well as couples wanting a relaxing break and small families wanting to chill.

We are a gated community which provides a safe environment for all to enjoy Within 5 minutes walk of the apartment you can be in the resort centre 'Al Kazaar' where you will find a large Spar supermarket which can provide everything required for self catering. There are also numerous bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and offering a full flavour of Europe and beyond. There is also a kids zone for the children with a pool table, air hockey etc and a hairdressers and beauty salon for a spot of pampering. The resort also runs a daily kids club during the summer months and school holidays. There is also a multi purpose sports pitch, paddle and tennis courts and a gym. Bicycle hire is also available here. There is also a bar and restaurant and evening entertainment to enjoy

The apartment is extremely well equipped making your self catering stay nice and easy, it also has air conditioning in every room and free WiFi are available for guests use.

The apartment has an amazing large private roof solarium where you are able to soak up all the sunshine you need as well as a small terrace outside the main door. The solarium is equipped with brand new for 2021 outside dining table and chairs along with relaxing sofa, chairs and table BBQ, and 4 sun loungers. The solarium also comes with a sun sail to provide shade if you require it. Outside lighting allows you to utilise the space 24 hours a day!.

Inside you will find an open plan living/kitchen/dining area, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a brand new for 2021 modern bathroom. The apartment has a few toys, games, books and DVDs to keep little ones entertained should they need them.

Situated between the beaches of the Costa Calida and the Sierra Espuna mountain range, the apartment is easily accessible from both Murcia and Alicante airports. Murcia airport is a 30 minute drive and Alicante airport is 1 hour away. Car hire is highly recommend so you can take the opportunity to explore this lovely region of Spain.

Local cultural attractions worth a visit include the Guns of Mazarron, the castle in Lorca and the Roman Ampitheatre in Cartagena to name a few. The Terra Natura Waterpark and zoo in Murcia is a good day out and will keep the children entertained. For the more adventurous you could book a quad bike ride or kayaking in the Sierra Espuna. . The local towns of Mazarron and Puerto de Mazarron are within 15 minutes drive. They are perfect for a lazy lunch or leisurely stroll in the evening. The seaside village of Bolnuevo is also 15 minutes drive where you will find a lovely stretch of golden sand.

A fee of 65 Euros will be payable locally for cleaning etc and a £100 returnable deposit will be taken at the time of booking via Holiday Lettings to cover damages etc, check out time on all booking is 10am however exceptions can be made with prior notice

Electricity is metered but you receive free credit which can easily see you through your stay as long as you don't leave the air con on all the time!!

Thank you so much for your feedback, its very much appreciated. The solarium and the whole of the inside of the property should be spotless when you arrive, however it is upto the guests to keep it as they wish during their stay, its is then cleaned ready for the next guests when you have left. I am also pleased to say that HL website now takes the deposit at the point of booking and they return the deposit themselves so no need anymore to go direct Once again thank you for staying and we hope to see you soon

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mike (the owner) a message.

If Mike (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
