This spacious appartment is on the first level of residency Aqua Nature in La Mata and only 50 meters from the beautiful sandy beach.

It has a spacious terrace (16 squared meters) with view on the beach and swimmingpool.

The appartment is peaceful and provides much needed comfort. It is fully furnished and due to the comfortable sofa bed, it is perfect for 6 persons.

It has a led-screen TV and Wifi.

It has an open kitchen and 2 roomy bathrooms.

One bedroom has a double-bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms have built in closets.

You will be able to enjoy the shared swimmingpool with a childrens pool and a beautiful garden.

For € 25 per week extra, you can use of the underground parking lot.

situated between the towns of Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja, La Mata is a small village nestled between the salt lake and the sand dunes. Here you can enjoy the nature, sun and beautiful white beaches. All amenities are within easy walking distance, and there are excellent bus services to both of the neighbouring towns.
