Luxurious country house situated on the outskirts of Adare .Enjoy the spacious and tastefully decorated 3000 sq foot house ,set amid the rich green pastures of Co. Limerick.. Fanningstown House is a large self -catering property decorated to the highest standards with great attention being paid to the accommodation and furnishings.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances, well stocked cooking appliances ,lots of glasses ,crockery,and cutlery.Seating for 12 people at the country style kitchen table.

The sitting room is comfortable, with an open fire, a supply of logs is provided there is a conservatory with french doors , leading to the furnished patio and landscaped gardens.

There are 5 spacious bedrooms of which two are ensuite with walk in wardrobes.

Master bedroom 1 Double bedroom with a sofa bed,ensuite and walk in wardrobe .Please note that this bedroom can be converted to a twin bedroom on request.

Seasonal menus are founded on the ethos of optimizing fresh, local produce served with handpicked wines, chosen to compliment your dish of choice. Our attentive chef is keen to meet all dietary requirements; we would be grateful if you would advise of any such requirement at the time of booking.

We understand that some guests want a contactless service so we offer self-check in and self-check out service. Sanitizer stations in place at entry points. All rooms and suites are fully sanitised following each guest departure. All crockery is cleaned at over 60-degree Celsius after each guest departure. All guest linen has been laundered to HSE guidelines for your comfort and safety. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angela (the owner) a message.

If Angela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
