Large STUDIO, custom, which harks back to the early twentieth century style. The bedroom has a ceiling with a romantic vintage fresco, which together with the furnishings give the place a pleasant feeling of relaxation. There is the possibility of another bed on request and the cradle. The kitchenette is equipped with two burner stove, refrigerator, sink, kettle, coffee, toaster, plus all the crockery. The bathroom, complete with shower is provided. The apartment comes with all the accessories such as connection to INTERNET, AIR CONDITIONING, water basin, TV, CD-DVD-MP3-DVX, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, umbrellas, books, games. This includes, on request, bed linen, towels beach towels with change and weekly cleaning. It has the advantage of being close to Bars, Restaurants, Pizzerias, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, cinema, theater, taxi, post office, banks, tourist information offices. The beach of Maria Pia, (particularly as adjacent to a beautiful pine forest with sand dunes) and hospitals, can be reached by car or bus in 10 minutes, the airport in 15 '. The two nearest beaches: San Giovanni and Lido, can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. A few minutes from home, in Catalonia, there are bus URBAN SUBURBAN and buses that can reach both out of town beaches, other island locations

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
