Tinos Habitart is located close to the traditional village of Triandaros on the beautiful Island of Tinos.
The settlement of Tinos Habitart includes vacation villas for rent and a group of neighbouring traditional buildings (a windmill, a dovecote, a renovated traditional stable and an olive mill) where are hosted cultural events and activities. Its location offers a stunning view of the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring islands of Mykonos and Syros, the surrounding old windmills and the City of Tinos. Your stay in the Yellow House is going to be an authentic experience of living in a traditional house on a Greek island but with all the comforts of your own home!
The Yellow house is a traditional maisonette (130 sq m) that can host 7 guests. The residence has internal staircase and consists of 4 master bedrooms (with bathrooms), an open-plan kitchen/dinning area and a living-room with an artistic fireplace. The house has private yards with a view of the sea, the windmills and the city and port of Tinos and a balcony with sea view at the first floor. In the covered veranda, there is a stone-made dining area and a BBQ. A half covered sitting area faces the pool that is decorated with marble artwork and water fountains. The Yellow House incorporates decorative elements of Tinian pigeon houses. The residents can use the private swimming pool (utilizing salt electrolysis) of the Yellow House.
The concept of the Yellow house is the traditional island residence with modern amenities and artistic style. The Yellow House is highlighted with authentic stone/marble artwork and has decorative elements of Tinian dovecotes.
