From the owner

This charming Mediterranean townhouse with panoramic sea views is situated in the heart of Altea’s historic old town. It was constructed on the original perimeter wall of the castle and has recently been reformed. The location is perfect: just a short stroll to the historic church square (2 minutes), Restaurants, terraces, trendy boutiques (2 minutes), beachfront (6 minutes). All the magic of Altea is literally on your doorstep.

The captive panoramic sea view from the sunny terrace is probably one of the best on offer in Altea. With two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and on different floors the house is perfect for 2, 3 or 4 persons. The townhouse has received several awards on various websites. Our clients point out that the house is a perfect blend of comfort with traditional features alongside contemporary touches. They like the traditional tiles and wooden beams and the spectacular views from the terrace, and they call it ‘a little gem’.

Altea is, without doubt, one of the most beautiful villages on the Costa Blanca. Its old center, with narrow streets of cobblestones, pretty white houses, and a light that has inspired painters throughout the decades, is a perfect place to spend your holidays and even more so if you can do that in a stunning townhouse that combines luxury, style, tradition and spellbinding sea views

Accommodation

This deluxe townhouse is laid out over 4 floors and is very spacious. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace, a spacious dining area, two bedrooms, two shower rooms with toilets, and a separate third toilet. The master bedroom is on the top floor, with air conditioning (both hot and cold), a comfortable 2- meter long bed with a high-quality mattress, and the finest cotton bed linen. It has access to an ‘en-suite bathroom’ and a terrace with unforgettable sea views. Enjoy relaxing on the terrace whilst watching the sunrise over the sea or the moon at night.

The second double bedroom is on the lower floor. It has a self-contained bathroom and direct access to the street through its very own front door.

To make your stay more comfortable we offer free high-speed Wi-Fi, internet Television, and electric Heaters for use during the winter months. We supply the finest bed linen, white fluffy towels in the bathroom, beach towels, a hairdryer, and all the basics you would need during your stay.

In winter the house is available for longer lets.

We are committed to an enhanced cleaning protocol for your safety, which has been recommended by experts in health and hospitality. Due to our responsibility of covering the extra high levels of cleanliness for the protection of all visitors, our cleaning fees have been increased to 100€.

Here’s what we’ve done to maximize the safety of everyone who enters our properties:

Disinfectants approved by global health agencies are used to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Whilst cleaning, we wear protective equipment, including a mask and gloves.

Each room is cleaned using extensive cleaning checklists.

Extra cleaning supplies are also provided, so you can clean during your stay.

All high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, cabinets, and light switches have been fully sanitized.

At this present time, we will operate a "zero contact" policy to reassure our guests. A key safety box will be used for self-check-in when you arrive and depart. The code will be sent to you a few days before arrival.

We ask guests to ensure that all used dishes, glasses, and silverware are placed in the dishwasher and that the machine is turned on before departure.

Seek medical help if you experience any symptoms or feel unwell.

How do damage deposits work?
