The Beach House Villa is in a superb location, set back from the road in a quiet residential area. The popular main beach of Las Cucharas is literally on the doorstep.

The villa has been furnished to a high standard and would be suitable for one or two couples looking for a self-catering holiday in luxurious and comfortable accommodation. Wifi is provided free of charge at this villa and the feel of the property is modern, light and airy.

This private villa, which sleeps 4 adults (*Children can stay here providing they can adhere to the Silent Zone rule of the swimming pool area, due to the location being a quiet residential area), has been furnished to a high standard in a simple, contemporary style to give it a light and airy feel. It comprises a spacious, open-plan, fully equipped kitchen/diner, three steps lead into the lounge area, which opens out onto the solar-heated plunge pool with wooden deck surround. Stairs take you up to the walled roof terrace, where there is a BBQ and al-fresco dining area, as well as sun-loungers from which to enjoy the superb sea view.

The kitchen includes a large fridge, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, all necessary small appliances and a separate utility area with washing machine.

On the ground floor is the first bedroom, with two single beds, and a large bathroom with corner bath and double sinks. The master bedroom – with en-suite shower-room is on the first floor.

The WiFi is provided free for you to use at the villa.

The Beach House was featured on Irish television channel RTE1 as one of Costa Teguise best holiday rental properties.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
