Fenareti's house was built in 1780 and renovated for the first time in 1993 having been since then a popular choice for those who wish to be away from the clamant crowd and at the same time not far from the centrality.
The house is located in a small village of Apokoronas in Chania. The calmness of the village in combination with the beauty of the nature make the accommodation really pleasing. The house has a special architectural style as it is built amphitheatrically on the roots of a mountain and its spaces are shaped in different levels. The main construction materials of the house are wood and stones, offering a unique sense of relaxation and tranquillity.
At its about 130 sq m, Fenareti offers a big sitting room with fireplace and two stone sofas, a full comforted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The main bedroom of the house is located at its first level. The beautiful view both at the sea and the village's champaign gives to the room a romantic mood. Apart from the double bed ,a big wardrobe, a dressing table with mirror and chair and two commodes are also available. A few indoor stairs and a wooden door separate the main bedroom from the central living – sitting room while another wooden traditional door leads to the lower yard of the house.
The second bedroom of the house with its own bathroom is located at its third level. There are two single beds one of which is located at the attic. The second single bed is a sofabed and after request it can be replaced by a double bed increasing the number of our quests. The attic is wooden creating a worm corner at the house while a wooden traditional door leads to the higher small and full of flowers yard of the house with the panoramic view.
Fenareti's house is available all year round. The property is ideal for couples, families and groups of friends who look for something special and want to avoid clamorousness towns and live the traditional way of life at a traditional Crete village.

Traditional House Fenareti, of 130 sq m, offers comfortable holidays even for a multi-member family. It could be easy for someone to be hosted with family or friends, as long as it has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, in depended closets and places where private property can be kept (toilet mirror etc). In the same style is the terrace, which is divided to different places one for each bedroom.
During your staying in our place Parking, hot water,full equipped kitchen and BBQ are available. Moreover, you can use electronic devices as hair dryer, washing machine, iron, TV set, internet access (WiFi) and a informative library with plenty of information on your trips, maps of the area and some literature books, which can be read throughout your vacations.
Wood for the fireplace would be given to you (in case it is wintertime). Apart from that all, fresh fruits are available and other local products such as wine and olive oil.

During the summer and spring months the yard is transformed in both sitting and living room as it is suitable for every hour of the day. Many colourful flowers and trees surrounds the comfortable yard. The visitor can pick up fresh grapes directly from the arbor. The garden furnitures and the deck chairs which are available gives the ability for relaxation and sunbath. The view from the house's yard is really amazing: at the background one sees either Lefka Ori (''White Mountains'') or the sea while closer one sees the traditional olive and orange groves of the village. Parking space is available.
