From the owner

Boundary barn is a beautiful Cotswold stone barn conversion on the edge of the Cotswold water parks. Sleeping 8+2 people in 4 bedrooms 2 double and 2 twin rooms, with two occasional beds as a double sofa bed.

The open plan design has an enormous main room with well equipped kitchen. dining and sitting all in the one area. In addition there is a second relaxing TV room with playstation and a further relaxing and games area on the mezzanine area of the second floor with table football and a selection of board games.

Upstairs is dominated by the beamed roof structure and open layout allowing views of the beamed roof from the ground floor.

Outside, there are two gardens, a smaller walled garden to one side with shade as well as BBQ and outdoor seating, to the other side is the larger garden which is approximately 50m x 50m, big enough for children (no matter their age from 4 to 40) to play games or just relax.

Car parking is available at the property for guests and for guests arriving in a plug in Electric car an EV charge point is installed for guests exclusive use. This is a normal type 2 EV charge point charging at up to 22kw/h and is not available for public use but only accessible by guests (Monta App required).

Next to the village are the Cotswold water parks with water skiing, wakeboarding, swimming, sailing and fishing easily available. Within a 10 minute drive is the nearest golf course and within 5 minutes are numerous other activities such as rally driving and clay pigeon shooting. Bicycle hire is available in the water parks and we would recommend this as way of exploring the local area.

    I would like to hi-light that you don't get your deposit back on this property even when its 7 months away. I would understand a booking deposit but not the whole deposit.

    So impressed with Caz who manages this property, phone calls and helped out all the time. The Barn is spacious and very comfortable,we had a great weekend there, so relaxing.
