First of all, let me introduce You our beautiful city...

Split is 1700 years old, it grown out of Palace of an old Roman emperor Dioklecian...The emperor's palace dating from the 4th century under the protection of UNESCO since 1979

Today, Split is the largest Dalmatian city county, and the second largest city in Croatia, the second largest port in Croatia and the third port on the Mediterranean by the number of passengers.

We can offer beautiful newly renovated apartment (56m2), located less than 3 minutes walk from the Diocletian palace and a 4 minutes walk from ''Bacvice'', one of the most popular beaches in Split

Small narrow streets of the old part of the city where you are located, depicting a true picture of the Mediterranean city.

In the immediate vicinity you have several restaurants, cafeterias, shops. whatever you don't need to goo far...

If you want to visit the islands, port is only a 2-3 minute walk, as well as the bus terminal.

(A4) The apartment is designed to accommodate comfortably 4 guests (two rooms with queen-size bed), and additional cot for famillly if needed.

Apartment is in residential building, so there is no

party aloud.

Apartment is child friendly , and there is no pets or smoking

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send VEDRAN (the owner) a message.

If VEDRAN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
