Maison de plain pied de 70m2 habitable + pièce de 40m2 avec Piscine Intérieure Chauffée en teck 5.95 X 3.5m semi-enterrée(profondeur 1,5m) ,traitée à l'oxygène actif(eau à 29-30°C),utilisable en toutes saisons. L'usage de la piscine est totalement exclusif à cette maison. L'accès à la piscine se fait directement par le séjour ou par la terrasse(fermée par baies vitrées) SPA en option.La maison est recouverte d'une jolie façade en bois .De grandes baies vitrées donnent sur un jardin arboré de pins, clos et privé de 800m2 avec parking.
