Dear guest, I am really sorry that you were not happy with your experience at our property but really don't understand why you are writing all these lies about us.the only issue that happened during your stay was that the internet stopped working for one day and we have refunded you generously for that because we are very correct people and we do all what we can to make our guests happy and we really care about any single complaint to improve our service. -The villa is cleaned carefully each 3 days by a professional housekeeping team and I really don't understand how you can say it was dirty.We have sent you free daily housekeeping service to make you happy .You didn't report to me or Max any problems during your stay and now you are writing that you didn't have hot water. .We have 5 heaters in the villa working perfectly. We recently made the yearly maintenance for the property and it is all perfect. Since you arrived to the property you were just creating problems and complaining about everything but we have done all what you asked for immediately even if there was no reason for that. We offered you free transfers around the city and organised your birthday party for free to make you and your family happy and after all that you write these lies about the villas Manager Max .He is a very special person and all our guests do appreciate a lot how he takes care about them and makes their stay very comfortable. Only a person like you can complaint about him?.Thank you anyway for your kindness Unfortunately some disturbed minds like you can write anything they want in a review .When people read all what other guests think about our property and how they enjoy their holiday with us and feel home at the villa,they can understand who is writing the truth and who threats to write a bad review to get a refund..it doesn't work that way We don't only rent the villa but we provide our guests with full service during their stay and help them to organise all what they want to do in the city. Why can't I call Khaled (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Khaled (the owner) a message.

If Khaled (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
