2 bedrooms (both with air con) & 2 bathrooms, spacious lounge with air con, UK TV, & wifi available.

Pine furnished dining area & fully fitted pine kitchen. Glazed terrace & roof solarium. Large private pool with loungers & BBQ.

Bars & restaurants are within walking distance, & only 15 mins away by car, you will find various sandy beaches.

LONG TERM WINTER LET

The Villa,having the benefit of central heating,has both the comfort and facilities for customers to enjoy a part or full winter in the sun. The owners are happy to negotiate on price for anyone wanting to rent their Villa for a minimum of one month anytime between 1st October and 30th April. The owners will consider pets for long term winter lets, please do mention this at the time of booking.

In an ideal location, this villa has everything to offer. A glazed conservatory to the front with sofa bed, leading to a spacious lounge and diner, with 2 cream, reclining leather settees & dual control air conditioning.

internet Uk TV, DVD player, stereo, & wifi available for a small fee. Pine dresser & dining table to seat 4 (further chairs outside if required).

One double bedroom, being the master bedroom has air conditioning, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bath & shower over. The second, air conditioned twin bedroom again with built in wardrobes & second bathroom with shower cubicle. There is also a mobile air conditioning unit which can be moved around the villa wherever required along with various fans, ceiling & free-standing for the warmer weather & full central heating for the cooler evenings. The fitted air con units which are AAA rated can also be used for heating.

For arrivals during working hours, you will be met with the keys, otherwise you will be advised where to find the keys, and the same upon departure. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
