This Villa is one of the most sort after locations in Puerto del Carmen, just five minutes walk from the beach and the lively promenade, in a luxury gated developemnt with elevated views of the sea, the Fire mountains and Fuerteventura. Yet only being ten minutes from the Old Harbour which has excellent restaurants and lively bars.

A hire car is not essential as taxis are cheap and plentiful and the local bus transport is only five minutes walk away. Although hiring a car is a excellent way to explore the island, becasue there is alot too be seen on Lanzarote:

Puerto Calero, Mirador del Rio, Timanfaya National Park and Rancho Texas to name a few.

This bungalow styled villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedoom has a en-suite shower and the other with twin beds and a bath / shower. The spacious lounge and the fully fitted modern kitchen are very elegantly furnished to a high standard with every modern convenince to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The villa has a split level terrace, which can be accessed either from the master bedroom or the lounge where you can enjoy the fabulous views of the Puerto del Carmen area, while enjoying al fresco style dining or a quite drink while the sun sets.

+ The Sky system gives a variety of channels (BBC channels are not available in Lanzarote).

+ A small safe is located under the breakfast bar, to protect guest's valuables, giving peace of mind when leaving the villa.

+ Towels and linen are supplied, towels are changed twice a week and linen once a week. There are some beach towels available for use when sunbathing on the patio.

+ Wi-Fi is complimentary service offered to guests. However, it is not intended for downloading.

+ A welcome pack is provided on arrival with essentials i.e. water, coffee, tea, milk and a bottle of wine!

+ There is a British management team who are happy to assist with any queries.

+ The spacious patio is complete with furniture. Table, chairs, umbrella and a bbq. Situated on the large terrace is the private heated pool and the sun loungers with covers.

+ The private heated pool is located on the lower terrace at the back of the bungalow. The pool is cleaned twice per week.

+ A child safety gate is fitted on the top patio from the steps leading to the lower terrace.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Daniel (the owner) a message.

If Daniel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
