A perfect location for your relaxing holiday in the sun in the Summer or Winter and as a base to tour the wonderful island of Cyprus. Large villa on a very secluded plot. Beautiful pool area at the rear of the villa completely unoverlooked. Barbecue area. New for 2019 luxury refitted en suite to the master bedroom with walk in double length shower. Villa pelagia has been furnished and equipped to ensure you have everything you could possibly need for a pefect holiday including a large private pool with optional heating; numerous outside dining terraces; BBQ station, air conditioning throughout; 2 LCD TVs (50” and 32") with full Sky package including sports, movies, catch up and on demand. Wood burner for cooler evenings and nights. DVD with wide range of discs.The villa has double height vaulted ceilings in all bedrooms giving a great sense of space and light. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard. Spacious open plan lounge with fireplace extending through double arches to dining area for 6/8 people and to large kitchen (newly renovated) fully equipped with bar and state of the art appliances (built in oven, halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher and American-style fridge/freezer). Utility area with enclosed washer dryer. Downstairs cloakroom. Large master bedroom with king size, four-poster bed, en-suite bathroom (bath and power shower), large balcony with spectacular sunset views. Great villa & fab pool

Lovely villa everything you need in a quiet location with a great pool. Definitely need a car but nothing is a far drive away. The owner was really helpful. We had a fantastic relaxing holiday!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bev (the owner) a message.

If Bev (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
