Located in a quiet pueblo blanco (Montecorto), 20 minutes from the monumental city of Ronda, Villa La Roca is built around a giant rock, it's a truly unique property to use as a base to explore Andalusia. A traditional exterior hides a remarkable modern interior and offers all kinds of facilities: Wifi, laptop for guests, international satellite TV, CD & DVD library, fully equipped kitchen, linen, towels, kids facilities, board games, toys, private pool, central heating, air conditioner, fireplace, firewood, barbecue, washing machine, iron, portable fan, garage, tourist information and much, much more. The house is 225m2of surface and has over 400m2 of gardens, private pool and terraces. The house distribution is as follows.

Upper ground:

Big open plan dining, reading and living area with an open fireplace and access to the gardens and terrace (The views over the Grazalema Natural Park are outstanding). 42' Flat screen international satellite TV. Work/study corner with WIFI and laptop for guest's use, WC, Kitchen (fully equipped for 6 people including electric oven, microwave, sandwich maker, juicer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Terrace & solarium with outdoor dining and garden furniture.

Mezzanine level

Room David Roberts (Twin beds 90x190cm) and Room Naranja (150x190cm) with private terrace, Bathroom shared..

Lower ground

Room La Roca with en-suite bathroom (150x190cm). Walk-in-shower. Hair dryer. Access to the gardens and pool..

The beautiful gardens are accesible from all floors of the house. Private pool. Lawn for relaxing and sunbathing. Garden shower and deck chairs. Mobile barbecue.

Local facilities

Sports center 100m from the house with artifical football pitch, tennis and basketball court and table tennis (toys and sport equipment for guests). Public pool open during summertime. 5 minutes drive swimming and canoeing area in the Zahara Lake.15 minutes drive Zahara river beach called “La Playita” in the Grazalema Natural Park, Reserve of Man and the Biosphere by Unesco (Not to be missed). Kindengarten beside the house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
