Welcome to our beautiful air conditioned* villa with private outdoor swimming pool (heated at certain times), set in the coastal town of Miami Platja, Costa Duarada - only 200m from golden Mediterranean beaches; shops and a choice of excellent restaurants and bars. 2 double bedrooms and one twin-bedded room, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen; lounge with dining area and patio doors to the spacious rear terrace. This terrace overlooks the private swimming pool with outdoor shower & brick bbq, and surrounding garden area, which is beautifully arranged, with sunloungers and seating/tables. A outdoor ping-pong table is provided. The villa is well-equipped internally, with WiFi; UK TV (Freeview Channels with SKY Sports and Movies); 2 x DVD players; Philips Bluetooth stereo. Microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine), and with private parking. Only a 25 minute drive from Reus airport and less than a 90 minute drive from Barcelona airport. Port Aventura theme park, Cambrils fishing village/Marina and Salou beach are only a short drive from the area.

The owner speaks English. Upon arrival you will be met at the house by our local contact who will give you keys and show you around the property. Our local contact speaks English/Spanish/German The owner can arrange for a local taxi service to meet guests at Reus Airport and bring direct to the house. This is a 25-minute journey and costs approx €60 Euro each way. There is a local charge of €80 for cleaning of the house. This is payable on arrival. Bedlinen and domestic towels can be provided at a charge of €20 per person per holiday. This is payable on arrival. A returnable cash security deposit of €300 (£250) is payable on arrival. This is returned on your day of departure following a satisfactory inspection of the property.

If Howard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
