A luxury modern 3 bedroom townhouse, with a large shared swimming pool and within a small gated community of 7 townhouses which are rarely occupied (usually 2-3 houses at most are occupied, and primarily at the weekends). The house is located within minutes walk of the beaches and local amenities of this quiet, picturesque coastal village. The private roof terrace, balconies and patio provide ideal outdoor areas for socialising or relaxation in the sun.

Only 45-50 minutes by car from Lisbon airport and just south of the larger holiday town and fishing port of Peniche. Praia da Areia Branca is only a 5 minute drive from the larger town of Lourinha, with its cobbled streets, traditional shops and plenty of restaurants this is a lovely and convenient getaway. Overall, the area offers an extensive choice of beaches, historical towns and national parks, appealing to visitors of all ages and interests. An ideal base from which to explore the Silver Coast region. Whether you are looking for world class surf breaks, superior golf courses, Portuguese culture or just a quiet base from where you can sightsee and relax, this house is ideal for everyone.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Miki (the owner) a message.

If Miki (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
