Near the centre of beautiful Cannes, with spacious ground floor location, beautiful modern décor, stunning pool, secure garage, and private enclosed garden, this very new apartment has it all.

The property comfortably sleeps 4/5 in 2 bedrooms with 1 bath/shower room and separate wc. Modern and beautifully decorated throughout, with all furnishings and fixtures to a very highest standard. Absolutely perfect for a family holiday, romantic getaway or corporate accommodation. Other benefits include air-con, Wi-Fi, central location on the Ave. Docteur Reymond Picaud. 4 minute walk to sandy beaches. 15 minute walk to Cannes' main bars and restaurants, not to mention a short transfer time from Nice airport (25 mins). This apartment is ideal for holiday makers or anyone wishing to visit the Film Festival or one of the many other international congresses.

Being situated on the ground floor makes it easy for wheelchair/pushchair access. The living area is open plan with patio doors leading directly onto the spacious terrace, which in turn leads onto the private garden. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining, sun bathing on the terrace or garden and enjoy the large swimming pool which is fully enclosed for child safety. There is also an indoor shower and toilet adjacent to the pool.

The fully equipped modern kitchen, with dining table and chairs, opens onto the main living area. The apartment has two double bedrooms one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds and a fold down bed (suitable for a child). There is also a travel cot for babies but guests must bring their own bedding for the cot. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has patio doors leading to the terrace. The well-appointed bathroom has a bath with shower and vanity unit (separate WC). A hairdryer and straighteners are also provided. For young children there is a buggy, highchair, toilet seat and step, plastic plates, cups and cutlery. The property also has sunbeds for your use.

The property benefits from electrically operated security shutters, security entry gates and a private garage in the secure underground parking area.

In short, this beautiful modern apartment has everything you could wish for whilst being situated very close to heart of Cannes!!

If Fiona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
