The apartment is situated on the third floor of a listed building, with main entrance on the Cours Saleya, with its daily flower and vegetable market and it is 200m from the beach.
The apartment comprises a large living/dining room with Satellite TV and CD radio, 2 double bedrooms, fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, and 4 electric rings; shower room, separate WC. A single folding bed is available on request. The apartment is North West facing. Broadband and WiFi available.
On the doorstep are an abundance of restaurants, cafes, the fresh fruit and flower market, and the charming Ruelles of vieux Nice.
Underground parking available (payant) 50m.
The apartment is easily accessible from the airport by bus which takes 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Ideally situated for discovering Nice.


Skiing: Buses are available to the ski resorts from Nice Gare Routiere, a short walk through the old town. It is possible to do return day trips.

Very generous of this guest to praise the apartment. In fact he left it in a total mess which required withholding extra cleaning on the damage deposit. In addition he left the apartment unlocked door open and insecure on departure. Most irresponsible. During the dispute all communication with the host was checked and was found to be totally correct. Poor communication was entirely with the guest. Recognition that it is a great place to stay is some salvation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Scott (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
