CHILDREN LOVE IT HERE - there is so much for them to do, with so many amazing attractions nearby -- Newquay Zoo, Dairyland Farmworld, Flambards, Local Aquarium, Waterworld, Skate Parks, and so many more outdoor activities.
OLDER CHILDREN + TEENAGERS LOVE IT HERE TOO - older children visiting with their family can be given the freedom to explore the site themselves, have a game of tennis, or table tennis, go for a swim.
Because the resort is set in acres of glorious countryside, everyone loves the feeling of space, lots of space to relax and for children to play.
WIFI is available at the Leisure Building, this can be found at the main Reception/Leisure complex. You will find the cafe here, where they serve specialty coffees, snacks, + range of wines and beers, pool tables available here.
THE OLD MANOR RESTAURANT serves good quality affordable food. We love the sunday lunch here.
Membership to leisure facilities is included in the price for 8 guests.
PLEASE NOTE : Only booked Guests are allowed to be at the property. Guests are not permitted to bring extra guests at all to have a Party or to spend time here or stay over. This is not a Party House
There is a downstairs double bedroom and shower room and WC just next to this bedroom.
We are a family business, so we understand how precious your holiday time together is. We are always keen to ensure that your holiday cottage is beautifully presented, always very clean, with all beds made up for your arrival.

WE LEAVE LOTS OF INFORMATION WITH IDEAS FOR DAYS OUT ETC AT THE PROPERTY, TO HELP YOU TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR HOLIDAY !!
This property is suitable if you have elderly guests holidaying with you. There is 1 downstairs bedroom + shower room. This makes it perfect for guests who struggle with stairs !!
