A recently refurbished, Three Star Property in a prime location of BRIDLINGTON North Yorkshire, Established 2002 Offering a comfortable and well equipped 3 bedroom accommodation, with the benefit of gas central heating, the property is only 1.km from Town centre & Beach and also only 0.1 km from the main Bus & Railway station and New shopping centre including Aldi, B&M, Costa Coffee, and a 24 hour Tesco store with a petrol station. And only 5 Minutes walk to The Spar Theatre

Leading to Lounge/ Diner with open Elect fire, Digital 32" HD TV + DVD recorder & player, Radio CD HI-FI, Two piece suit and Two electric reclining chairs, Large dining table to seat 6 & Bed Settee, Fully equipped Kitchen with cooker, microwave, Leading in to a Large Conservatory comprising of fridge & freezer, washing machine, also a enclosed Toilet. If James William (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
