Villa Salamina is built on the most beautiful beachfront location right on Salamina beach Lahania.

If your dream is a tranquil beachfront holiday then this villa is the ideal choice.

This spacious 3 bedroom villa can accommodate up to 7 people. Upstairs, there are 2 fantastic bedrooms with traditional Rhodian raised platform beds with plenty of room for 2 adults or 3 children and 2 bathrooms.

In the basement the 3rd bedroom has one single bed and one double plattform bed.

The comfortable living area opens up onto a great shaded terrace over the spacious modern swimming pool and lawned garden which leads directly onto the beautiful Salamina beach with the crystal clear waters.

This breathtaking villa is just a 20 minutes drive from the "surfers' paradise" Prassonisi connected "island" where the Aegean and Mediterranean seas meet creating a magnificent picture and where you can enjoy windsurfing and kitesurfing under ideal wind and sea conditions, or just have lunch with fresh fish and a great view.

The nearest village of Lahania is a traditionally preserved Greek village offering some lovely open air Greek tavernas for dining under the blue sky.

In case you prefer to stay close to your lovely villa, which is the most likely scenario due to the beauty of the place, take a five minutes stroll down the beach to the lounge beach bar and restaurant "Mea Terra" or take your car and drive just 2 kms away and enjoy a drink or snack at the atmospheric open air Mojito Bar, which, like your villa is right on the beach.

Trraditional villages with great greek homemade food are also available in a15 minutes drive distance.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send GEORGE (the owner) a message.

If GEORGE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
