Luxury Villa on 5* El Valle Golf Resort. The Villa has 4 bedrooms including 4 single & 4 double beds so could sleep 12 with people sharing double beds. There are 3 bathrooms, a jacuzzi room, gym & games room, private pool, lounge, dining room and ultra modern kitchen. The villa overlooks the stunning 12th Green at El valle. The villa is a 10 minute walk from the resort bar and restaraunt and spar supermarket. English TV Channels on the TV, Full wifi internet access is available from 3 wifi hotspots around the villa. The games room comes equipt with a pool table, air hockey table and also includes a projector connected to the villas media server with over 250 films and tv programs and over 30,000 music tracks to enjoy during your stay. The Gym includes an excersise bike, rowing machine and and a multigym. The dinning table seats 8 people and there is further alfreso seating for 8-12 people in the villa's terrace area, there is also a large bbq area to fully enjoy that alfreso experience.

Why can't I call Dave (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dave (the owner) a message.

If Dave (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
