Our large and luxurious penthouse apartment set on a corner plot, stands in a beautiful and tranquil setting. It is immaculately presented and well cared for. We take pride in its appearance and aim to provide every comfort to make your stay as relaxing and hassle free as possible.

The large, dual aspect, large sunny terrace overlooks the main fountain and waterways of the established El Presidente complex and across the pool to the backdrop of the mountains. The terrace is a must for sun worshippers as being dual aspect, we benefit from sun all day long, with always one area in the shade either to relax on the sun loungers or on the outdoor settee and chairs.

We chose this apartment as our second home as we love the feeling of space and light which carries on to the large private terrace which is great for entertaining with a built in BBQ area, outdoor fridge and sink, as well as outdoor sofas and a dining area for 6.

The accommodation is fitted to an extremely high standard where we benefit from large marbled floored open plan living areas with Air Conditioning/heating, Wi/Fi, 46" flat screen Smart TV in the lounge, with Netflix and numerous UK and sports channels available.

Home entertainment also includes a wall mounted flat screen TV in the main bedroom,

We also have free broadband high speed Wi-Fi access.

Large fully fitted dining kitchen which is superbly equipped with everything you would find in your kitchen at home including halogen hob, all integrated appliances ( fan oven, microwave, full height fridge/freezer), coffee machine, blender and electric griddle plate. We have a huge range of serving dishes, crockery, etc plus kids crockery, beakers etc. We also have a high chair and cot for babies ( with linen), baby bouncer and changing mat.

The extremely spacious lounge is tastefully decorated and is modern, uncluttered and stylish with a dining area ( comfortable seating for 6) that opens out onto the terrace via two sets of French doors, and benefits from the fabulous views.

We are situated in the quietest part of the complex, but only a short walk through the peaceful grounds to any one of 5 superb pools (one heated all year round). If you fancy a game of tennis, or paddle, El Presidente has 4 courts available free for the use of guests year round. There is even a golf driving bay available to help you get your swing in shape for any of the 30 plus local courses, including the Ryder Cup venue of Valderama.

We're only 400m from the beach and walking distance to a range of beach bars and restaurants. Please be aware that some beach bars, bars and restaurants may be closed in the winter months or out of the “main “season.

We always deal direct with our clients ( most of whom are repeat clients who have stayed with us for many, many years). We aim to provide a personal service and have over 20 years experience in holiday rentals. We have a local, professional and experienced management company just 5 mins away and we are always contactable via mobile or email, if any issues arise. Should you require a welcome pack on arrival, that can be organised at an extra charge, payable locally. Extra cleaning or maid service and babysitting can also be arranged and paid for locally. We can help with airport transfers and you are welcome to use our home owners code with an excellent, family run car hire company at Malaga airport, who we have been using for years.

We’re glad you enjoyed our family and child friendly , spacious apartment and beautifully manicured grounds, where you stayed with us in mid March. Yes, we do have glass and steel furniture, as clearly shown in all of the photos on our listing. El Presidente is known as being one of the most prestigious complexes in the area which our numerous repeat guests all seem to appreciate. A section of the area of beach nearby is currently benefitting from the construction of the 25km stretch of walk and cycle path which will run the whole way from Estepona to Marbella, and will be a huge asset to the area, connecting the numerous beaches along the way. Any building works of this nature usually take place out of season between November and March, as does the closure of some beach bars for renovations. I imagine that this had some factor in the beach being somewhat affected by this upheaval. Sadly, we have no control over the local bus drivers behaviour.
